We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at TDOT BUILDERS GROUP LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable and even surface.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth and durable surface.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of construction equipment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to minimize disruptions to the public.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, various locations, and construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, manual dexterity, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
