Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on rental equipment to ensure it's in good working condition
  • Report any issues or concerns to management
  • Perform minor repairs on tools with some supervision
  • Assist with major repairs under the guidance of senior technicians
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintenance
  • Assist with equipment pick-up and delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in tool repair and maintenance or trade school graduate
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
  • Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Superior customer service and teamwork skills
