Senior Manager

At Recruitment Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture. As a Business Advisor, you will work closely with a diverse group of organizations, providing strategic guidance and support to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in audit and advisory services.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  1. Lead and execute work for client engagements, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
  2. Take ownership of and manage engagements, including managing client relationships and communicating expectations.
  3. Plan and lead teams to ensure seamless client service and effective project management.
  4. Be proactive in problem-solving, working collaboratively with the team and clients to resolve issues.
  5. Report to Partners on engagement pricing and budgeting, ensuring accurate and transparent financial management.
  6. Contribute to the development and execution of the office business plan, driving growth and success.
  7. Participate in the coaching and performance management process, providing timely feedback and training to junior team members.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and advisory services, with a minimum of 5 years of post-designation experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant accounting frameworks. Proficiency in Caseware and Profile is also essential.
