Lab Technologist Position Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will conduct accurate diagnostic specimen testing and reporting, execute and troubleshoot various diagnostic assays and other analytical tests, and provide technical support for product production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and troubleshoot diagnostic assays following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
  • Support new assay development using electrochemiluminescence, multi-array, ELISA, xMAP bead-based technology, and other immunoassay systems.
  • Provide technical support for product production troubleshooting.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• Diploma or B.Sc. in medical laboratory sciences or biological sciences
• 5+ years of experience in a medical, industry, or scientific lab setting
• Proficiency in high-throughput clinical assays, including electrochemiluminescence, ELISA, and xMAP technologies
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and technical writing skills
