Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell - Burlington mall. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Conditions: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
