Store Manager

Fateh Merchandising Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our convenience store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Transportation: Own transportation and valid driver's license.
Combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
