- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement operational efficiencies that have a material impact on the Corporation's business operations and strategies.
- Team Guidance and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and feedback to the business analyst team and project team members.
- Business Needs Analysis: Review, analyze, and evaluate business needs to create solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Vendor and Supplier Analysis: Analyze and advise on vendor and supplier contracts regarding operational efficiencies and business outcomes.
- Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis on current and proposed business operations to mitigate risks.
Requirements: North American job experience and Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification or PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification.
