We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Operations Manager to join our team at All Way Traffic Inc. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $80,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, prioritizing tasks and developing strategies to improve productivity and product quality. They will also coordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice. Additionally, they will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate, assign, and review work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics, establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory and establishing work schedules and procedures.
