We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Controller to join our team at The Mason Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and ensuring the integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the accounting close process, including month-end close and year-end audit process.
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and implements changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develops and implements solutions to address accounting policy and/or internal control deficiencies.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably as a Controller or higher.
  • Excellent knowledge of ASPE and IFRS.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with accounting, reporting, KPIs, and data analytics software.
