Cashier and Customer Service Representative

Harmi Enterprises is seeking a skilled Cashier and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system
