Job Summary:

Sprung Instant Structures is seeking a highly skilled and business-minded individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with strong business acumen to assist and support our regional sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers within the territory
  • Assist with office management and daily operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other business units to achieve sales goals
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Prepare and submit work orders, quotations, and proposals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Support the development and implementation of business plans and quarterly reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of related experience in mid to senior-level administration
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and procedures
