Tenaxx Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Organisation: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
