About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Metcalfe Street Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Order and maintain dental and office supplies, ensuring our practice is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Prepare dental instruments and materials, adhering to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols.
  • Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Take and develop X-rays, as well as record dental procedures performed on patients.
  • Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts, requiring attention to detail and precision.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
