Job Description

As a key member of our team at Extendicare Canada Inc., you will be responsible for designing and delivering organized group programs for seniors in Long Term Care, as well as providing one-on-one programming. Your daily tasks will include documenting and evaluating programs, working closely with other departments to meet residents' needs, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement group and individual programs for seniors
  • Document and evaluate programs to ensure high quality and resident satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet residents' needs
  • Maintain accurate program and resident records

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia an asset
