Explore Your Next Role:

As a key member of the Engineering Department, you will manage engineering projects in terms of requirements, workflow, communication, quality, and technical records. You will also coordinate various technical and administrative duties related to designs, certifications, and other aspects of the engineering projects undertaken by Voyageur.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project documentation, including Project Specific Certification Plans and other administrative type project documentation.
  • Manage the custodianship of project documentation and ensure records are kept according to company policies.
  • Review and track expenses and labor pertaining to assigned engineering projects.
  • Manage difficult to moderately complex projects with respect to work breakdown, workflow, communication, quality, and technical records.
  • Manage small to medium-sized project teams and deliver required project objectives.
  • Manage and track project-specific material and parts.
  • Coordinate with appropriate vendors in support of engineering projects.
  • Interpret prospective customer requirements and develop cost estimates to meet such requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and present to prospective customers.
