About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at Spruce Salon. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, and provide custom hair and scalp treatment.
  • Shampoo customers' hair and apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair to create a unique look for each client.
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the beauty care industry.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English language.
