About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Assistant at Muskoka Wake Wakeboard School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Vacuum and dust surfaces, including carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information to students and staff about school facilities
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Language

The primary language of work is English.
