In this role, you will be part of our Technology & Data Solutions team, reporting directly to the Senior Director. As an Enterprise Architect, your strategic guidance will shape the internal systems architecture and business capability model, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Description"You will lead the transformation of our business operations by developing robust frameworks for core systems, including ERP, CRM, and HRIS. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Collaborating with business units to understand system requirements, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across key business systems.
  • Selecting and deploying new technologies to enhance business operations and user experiences.
  • Leading system integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment and functionality post-mergers and acquisitions.
  • Championing modern architectural practices and frameworks to support business agility and data-driven decision-making.


Required Skills and Qualifications"You will need extensive knowledge of major business systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.) and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive significant change within complex organizational settings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as exceptional influencing and negotiation abilities.
