Millwright Craftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Millwright to join our team at Precision Rentals. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various equipment, including centrifuges, machinery, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Install, align, fit, dismantle, and move centrifuges, skids, motors, hydraulic systems, and pumps.
• Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, loaders, and forklifts to position machinery and parts during installation, setup, and repair of machinery.
• Inspect and examine Centrifuge and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery.
• Assemble machinery and equipment before installation using hand and power tools.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call and overtime as required.
• Various other duties as required.

Requirements:
• High school diploma.
• Must be a registered Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright.
• 2+ years' experience working with or on drilling rig equipment is considered an asset.
• Must have a valid Vehicle Operation License (abstract required).
