Job Title: Heavy Construction-Equipment Operator

Ruby Rock Asphalts Works Ltd. is seeking a skilled Heavy Construction-Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as graders, asphalt spreaders, pavers, and rollers to ensure efficient and safe construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment to perform tasks such as grading, paving, and excavation.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as required.
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
