Job Title: Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Equilibrium Therapeutics. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential support to our physiotherapists and patients, ensuring the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physiotherapists with patient assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for physiotherapy sessions.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
