About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Service Center Analyst to join our team at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide comprehensive HR support and analysis to ensure the efficient operation of HR processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality customer service and promoting HR efficiency through collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance and timely resolutions to all HR inquiries, serving as the primary point of contact.">
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge base library to enhance self-service capabilities and ensure accurate content.">
  • Conduct continuous training on HRSD end-user systems to drive adoption and improve user experience.">
  • Support HR systems by troubleshooting issues, providing user assistance, and contributing to system enhancements.">
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Service Center.">
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and support strategic HR initiatives.">
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations related to HR practices.">
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and COEs to address HR issues.">
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in accordance with data privacy regulations.">
  • Generate detailed reports on HR Service Center activities, highlighting common issues, resolution times, and areas for improvement.">
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing analytical insights and recommendations.">
  • Support the implementation and integration of current and future HRIS projects, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system functionality.">
  • Monitor and evaluate Service Center performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.">
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of professional experience in human resources or equivalent experience in HR. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and employment laws is essential, as well as prior experience with UKG Saas. Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A range of pay: $70,000 - $80,000, plus an annual bonus.
