About the TeamYou'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional Gen AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and managing a team of Gen AI specialists to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
- Developing and implementing test strategies, test cases, scenarios, and scripts to guarantee the quality of our Gen AI solutions.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- At least 6 years' experience in automated testing for complex applications.
- Experience leading technology QA teams.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Playwright, JMeter, SoapUI, and Postman.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL) and Python for Gen AI development and testing.
- The ability to execute AI prompt engineering and testing scenarios.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
