Job SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Manage staff and assign duties, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to meet store goals.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure optimal store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and ensure excellent customer service to build customer loyalty.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee payroll administration, and ensure the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
