This role contributes to the Electrification division of ABB Canada, where we develop products and solutions that enable energy efficiency and a low carbon society. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will support our Canadian Region Leader of the ELIP business at ABB.
Your Tasks
- Agenda and email management for the Region leader.
- Travel planning and expense management.
- Business report analysis and management.
- PowerPoint presentation preparation and review.
- Event and offsite coordination.
- Ad hoc project support.
- Invoice, purchase order, and payment management.
Key Qualifications
- Eager to understand our business operations and strategies to support the Region leader effectively.
- Able to anticipate needs and tasks to be completed.
- Proficient with office software and digital tools, capable of quickly learning new technologies.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities.
