About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher, Plant Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rainbow Concrete Industries Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of work orders, shipments, and personnel schedules.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate Logistics
    • Dispatch personnel and equipment according to schedules and work orders.
    • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operate Dispatching Equipment
    • Use dispatch management software to coordinate activities and communicate with vehicle operators and crews.
    • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to optimize routes and reduce delays.
  • Process and Transmit Information
    • Process customer orders and transmit information to coordinate activities.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
