Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

SEA STAR EDUCATION LTD. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Education Worker to develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. The successful candidate will lead activities, encourage creativity, and establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Medical exam.
  • Dependability.
  • Flexibility.
  • Reliability.
  • Team player.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
