We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Distribution Center team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing team culture, ensuring excellent service to customers, and driving operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Leading a team of frontline employees through coaching, performance management, and development planning.
  2. Accountability of the DC's operating plan, including labor, fixed costs, and contractors.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional peers in sales to ensure excellent service to customers.
  4. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the organization.
  5. Optimizing staffing and production levels to reduce fluctuations and drive operational excellence.
  6. Maintaining healthy operational reviews and measures to track and deliver results.
  7. Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years related work experience in a food or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team and budget.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable leadership, management, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
