We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Distribution Center team in delivering exceptional results. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading a team of frontline employees through coaching, performance management, and development planning.
- Accountability of the DC's operating plan, including labor, fixed costs, and contractors.
- Collaborating with cross-functional peers in sales to ensure excellent service to customers.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the organization.
- Optimizing staffing and production levels to reduce fluctuations and drive operational excellence.
- Maintaining healthy operational reviews and measures to track and deliver results.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years related work experience in a food or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team and budget.
- Sound verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable leadership, management, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
