Job Title: Bookkeeping Clerk - Financial Record Keeper
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Bulk Buy Mart-Lloydminster. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- or equivalent experience
Work Setting: Rural area
