Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of supply chain processes.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on supply chain performance and trends.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
