As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Salon Manager in leading a team of stylists, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Salon Manager in leading a team of stylists
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized salon environment
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a salon management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
