Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our Shell Gas Station in Willow Point. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, planning budgets, and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, implement price and credits policies, develop and implement marketing strategies, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Adaptability, Collaborative, Efficiency, Positive attitude, and Strong communication skills.
Benefits
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and valid driver's licence.
