Job Title: High School Math and Science Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our team as a part-time High School Math and Science Educator at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires working during after-school and evening hours, as well as some Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and tutoring math and science subjects, particularly at the high school level.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and tutor high school students in math and science subjects
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure student success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the current high school math and science curriculum
  • Experience teaching or tutoring math and science subjects at the high school level
