About the Role

Pak Auto Care is seeking a skilled Dent Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating repair costs, inspecting repaired vehicles, and planning repair work to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Plan repair work to be performed, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence
  • Clean and maintain the work space, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Instruct apprentices, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their growth and development
  • Replace front-end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components, ensuring precise fit and finish
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, achieving a smooth and even finish
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a flawless finish
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, restoring vehicles to their original condition
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, ensuring a secure and durable repair
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, matching colors and finishes to exacting standards
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, ensuring a safe and secure vehicle
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors, achieving a perfect match every time
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, demonstrating expertise and precision
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, restoring vehicles to their original shape and condition
