Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our team in Fort McMurray. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online parts orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information about parts availability and pricing.
  • Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in the warehouse and yard, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches, meeting delivery deadlines.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless support and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Place inventory stock orders and make adjustments to inventory levels as needed.
  • Accurately document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information.
  • Operate parts and warehousing equipment, as well as computer systems, to efficiently manage inventory and customer orders.
Requirements
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with a focus on providing a positive experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the parts industry, with a solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset, demonstrating expertise in the field.
