Job Description
We are seeking an experienced capital markets, securities, and mergers & acquisitions lawyer to join our team. This individual will have an established or developing book of business and play a leading role in the growth of our Capital Markets, Securities, and Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a licensed lawyer in good standing to practice law in British Columbia, with senior-level capital markets and securities experience gained at another well-regarded business law firm. Ideally, they will have a partial portable practice and strong industry relationships, as well as exceptional written and oral communication skills.
