Job Title: Registered Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Social Worker to join our team at Spark Lifecare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

About the Role:
  • Provide psycho-social rehabilitation and assessment services to clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide counseling and support to clients and their families to promote holistic rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans.
Requirements:
  • Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset.
  • Experience working with the MVA system will be an asset.
  • Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is an asset.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Outlook).
  • Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian.
