Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Talent Nails and Lashes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Operations: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, monitor quality and production levels, and prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and schedule and confirm appointments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in nail services and leadership.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our salon is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. You will be required to sit, stand, and walk throughout your shift.
