Job Description

London Drugs Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and ensuring the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department, fostering a community-oriented working environment that promotes professional excellence.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, providing exceptional pharmacy services to our customers.
  • Oversee the hiring, scheduling, and payroll of pharmacy staff, as well as their ongoing training and development.
  • Work closely with pharmacists to relieve them from routine tasks, allowing them to focus on practicing pharmacy and providing innovative patient care services.
  • Develop and implement disease management and compliance programs, as well as participate in community seminars and workshops.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience.
  • Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business.
  • Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations.
  • Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style.
  • Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
  • A high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong computer skills.
