Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Schedule meetings with clients and negotiate sales agreements
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years of experience in sales management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
