We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Clearwater Convenience Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and prepare and submit reports.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
