Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing & Content
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop site marketing and campaign strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Take ownership of website operations, executing on strategy for new products and campaign activity.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop the seasonal campaign calendar.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform product and brand experiences.
  • Oversee briefings to marketing on specific site needs.
  • Establish a growth-oriented digital content strategy for North American markets and beyond.

Operations

Qualifications & Attributes

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or ecommerce.
  2. 6-8 years of relevant experience in digital content.
  3. Hands-on experience with technical site content publishing.
  4. High proficiency in ecommerce platforms, site analytics tools, and content management tools.
  5. Ability to deliver results in an evolving framework with shifting priorities and technology.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with cross-functional resources and vendors.
