Vantix Systems Inc. is seeking a talented Cloud Solution Architect to join our team.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure services, data management, programming languages, and cloud architecture principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the needs of our business units. This includes developing application architectures, identifying budget requirements, and demonstrating high-performance working practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in capital projects and/or solution architecture.
  • Critical analytical skills to determine the best direction for solution architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure all options are reviewed and a single solution is considered.
  • Good communication and presentation skills to solicit input for an architecture and ensure others understand it.

Mandatory skills include:

  • Azure Services: Proficiency in Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Stream Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Data Management: Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in Python and SQL, as well as scripting skills for automation and data manipulation.
  • Cloud Architecture: Understanding cloud architecture principles, including scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals.
