Job Title: Sales and Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team at Avid ActionCOACH Business Growth Community.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing market trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Managing sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and sales strategies
  • Creating and implementing sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Providing sales and marketing training and coaching to team members
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning
