Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth service experience for guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and allergens.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Lounge Server in a fine dining setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails is an asset.
  • Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS, or a valid work permit.
