Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Towne Place Suites Sudbury (InnVest Hotels Limited). As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs), bend, crouch, kneel.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, honesty.
