Municipal Salesforce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Engineer who will oversee the Salesforce changes being deployed to the production environment. They will be responsible for monitoring the health of the salesforce environment and tracking key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Production and Sandbox environments for Salesforce
  • Provide troubleshooting to environments if issues arise
  • Validation of job runs and monitoring KPI's of system
  • Manage and monitor third party integrations
  • Proactive system maintenance and suggestions
  • Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Provide Task updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience as DevOps Engineer, Business Analyst, or similarly related role
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and the ability to query data tables
  • Experience with JIRA
