Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 1182888 BC LTD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in the day-to-day operations of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our business goals.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
