Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process qualifying prospects to determine their needs and financial capabilities, showcasing our community's amenities and features.
  • Drive sales by highlighting the quality of our community and the lifestyle available to our residents.
  • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment, collecting necessary information and initiating background checks.
  • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations.
  • Perform administrative tasks and coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • College/University Diploma preferred
  • Two years of related leasing/sales experience with knowledge of the property management industry
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to work at various site locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
  • Marketing experience an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including evenings and weekends
