Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding service expectations in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow volume and distribution in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ON and OFF Premise accounts to drive sales growth.
  • Manage assigned budget and resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct product tastings and education sessions to promote our brands.
  • Execute sales calls using our Structured Call methodology to drive sales growth.
  • Report on competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions to improve sales performance.
  • Prospect, quantify, and qualify new accounts to determine potential fit with our brand portfolio.
  • Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and staff training seminars.
  • Work with supplier representatives and members of management to promote sales and improve marketability of our products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the sale and marketing of wine and spirits.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficient MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
